I could not be more excited about going to the 2012 Eyeo Festival in Minneapolis. I went to the 2011 festival and it blew my mind. Suddenly I was in the midst of remarkably talented, smart designers, developers, data analysts, academics and journalists all coming together to discover new ways to visualize our world. The energy was palpable and I my passion of the power of the visual multiplied. I have been devouring information visualization books, blogs, development platforms and visuals ever since. I am looking forward to meeting up with other like-minded visualizers at the festival.
